The Upper Level includes a living room with a gas fireplace, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a spacious bedroom, a well appointed bath and a private lakeside deck. If more space is required, you may add a Midlevel Bunk Room with bath and/or a Lower Level bedroom and bath. However you may choose us, be assured that you will be the only one staying in the cottage. Winterwood Seasonal Waterfall

Policy: The maximum adult occupancy of the cottage is six. The Upper Level of the cottage sleeps two. There is an additional Mid-Level Bunkroom with a bath and/or a Lower-Level bedroom with a queen sized bed and bath should extra space be required. These additional rooms are available only as "add-ons". Children are welcome with prior approval. While we enjoy presenting our guests with fresh fruit and snack baskets, Winterwood Lakeside Cottage is not a Bed and Breakfast. Excellent restaurants and grocery stores are located in nearby Eureka Springs. Local phone service is free. Long distance calls will require a calling card. Cards are sold here if needed. A television, video tape and DVD player are provided. Since we are in the mountains, the TV signals are too weak to watch. A selection of video tapes is available in the office. We encourage you to bring your own DVDs. This is a non-smoking cottage. Smoking is permitted, however, on the veranda as well as other outdoor areas. We are very strict about this. Your cooperation and proper disposal of debris is requested. A fee of $250.00 will be charged to your room if you or your visitors smoke indoors.
